无引气式涡轮级间燃烧室设计与数值研究

摘    要:利用流体计算软件模拟涡轮级间燃烧室(ITB)三维两相燃烧流场。对比分析无引气式ITB与传统ITB性能及流场分布。采用Realizablek-ε模型模拟湍流黏性,离散相模型追踪油珠运动轨迹,非预混平衡化学反应模型模拟燃烧过程。计算结果表明:无引气式ITB除总压损失比传统ITB的稍大外,其它指标均与传统ITB的相当;但由于该方案不需要额外引气,故提升了ITB发动机性能及应用价值。

Abstract:The differences between traditional Inter-Turbine Burner(ITB) and ITB without bleed were analyzed by using CFD software to simulate the 3D combustor on two phase combustion performances and combustion flows.Realizable model was applied to simulate the turbulence viscosity.The fuel droplet trajectories were modeled in Lagrangian frame of reference by using discrete phase model.Non-premixed combustion model was used to model turbulence-chemistry interaction.The calculation results indicated: this ITB has basically reached the performance index of the traditional ITB except for total pressure loss a bit larger.At the same time,this ITB did not need extra bleeding,which promoted the performance and application of ITB engine greatly.
