疲劳裂纹电位法测量研究

摘    要:本文对电位式裂纹测量仪的基本组成原理及性能做了介绍,并在高温疲劳裂纹扩展试验中,使用该仪器与显微镜直接观测法同时测得四组试验数据。对其中三组数据进行线性拟合,拟合出试验中裂纹长度与测得电压之间的关系式,最后用拟合出的关系式对另一组数据反推检验裂纹长度。对比所得结果,测量精度比较令人满意,证明了此电位式裂纹测量仪的可靠性和实用性。
