摘    要:航空燃气涡轮发动机的转子具有转速高、负荷小的特点,容易引起发动机轴承打滑,进而造成滑蹭损伤,如不采取防滑措施,将对发动机的正常、可靠工作构成威胁。在某型发动机压气机部件试验过程中,试验件的辅助支点滚珠轴承由于轻载打滑造成轴承失效,导致试验件辅助支点被损坏。通过在试验件转子后与辅助支点前增加一弹簧,对滚珠轴承施加“预载”,试验验证表明,该方法能很好地解决轴承打滑问题,并且试验中轴承温度也得到明显的下降。此种对轴承施加“预载”的方法在后继的多个试验件中也得到成功运用。

Abstract:As aero-engines are operated with high rotating speed,light load on bearing can induce slip-ping and rub which result in damage and threaten safety.Proper measure has to be taken to solve this problem.During a compressor testing,slipping and rub under light load caused the assistant fulcrum ball bearing cease to be in effect and get damaged.The measure being adopted was to preload-the ball bearing.By adding a spring between rotor and assistant fulcrum,slipping was avoided and the tempera-ture of bearing red...
