高压涡轮盘加扭低循环疲劳寿命试验研究

在对某高压涡轮盘进行低循环疲劳试验时首次考虑了该涡轮盘在发动机实际工作中存在的扭矩。本文首先介绍了该高压涡轮盘加扭试验件的结构强度设计，扭矩加载装置的结构强度设计，以及试验前是如何对高压涡轮盘加扭试验件加载扭矩、试验后又是如何对高压涡轮盘加扭试验件卸去扭矩的：其次介绍了高压涡轮盘加扭试验件低循环疲劳试验的进行情况和裂纹检查结果：最后给出了该高压涡轮盘加扭试验件的试验寿命。
