容腔效应对压气机压力脉动影响的分析

摘    要:对2台压气机在不同排气容腔下进行对比试验,利用高频响动态压力传感器测取了压气机进口、出口和1级转子出口的壁面静压脉动。并采用时域和频域分析方法对不同出口容积下的压力脉动进行了分析,给出了压力脉动时频图、三维功率谱和自相关、互相关分析。

Abstract:Comparative tests were taken on two compressors under different exhaust bulk cavities. Wall static pressure pulsations were taken at inlet and outlet of compressor and at the outlet of single-stage rotor with high frequency and dynamical pressure transducer. Investigation was also made to the pressure pulsations of different outlet volumes by time-domain analysis and frequency-domain analysis. It gave out the time-frequency diagrams, 3D power spectrums, and self-correlation and cross-correlation analysis result.
