叶尖定时测量数据计算机仿真方法研究

摘    要:旋转机械叶片的振动测量是旋转机械研制中一个重要测试项目。叶尖定时测量分析是目前颇有发展前景的旋转叶片非接触测振方法,此方法在国外已获得了广泛应用。本主要介绍了应用不同数量传感器测量叶片振动的仿真方法,重点阐述了由于安装偏差原因造成多传感器等间距偏离分布引起的附加测量误差的修正补偿技术。及其叶尖定时测振数据转换的仿真方法。在工程技术应用方面有很好的借鉴作用。

Abstract:Rotating blade vibration measurements are an important part in any turbo-machinery research and development program.Blade tip-timing is a non-contact vibration measurement technique,which has good expansibility,and it has been used extensively abroad.This paper introduces a numerical simulation method using different numbers of probes to complete blade vibration measurement,and mainly describes a compensation method for equally-space deviation of many probes due to installation error,and also a numerical conversion method of vibration measurement.It can be used in engineering application for ref-erence.
