涡轮典型部件冷热态尺寸换算的方法研究

摘    要:涡轮叶尖间隙影响发动机的性能,涡轮典型部件的冷、热态尺寸换算是间隙设计的重要内容。本文介绍了涡轮部件冷、热态尺寸换算原理,并应用优化设计方法对某涡轮叶片的冷、热态尺寸换算进行了分析,比较了优化算法与简化算法的结果。比较结果表明,优化算法的结果是合理的,此方法是可行的。最后,将优化算法应用于某涡轮盘的冷、热态尺寸换算.成功地解决了该部件的冷、热态尺寸换算问题。

Abstract:Tip clearance of turbine blade has effect on the performance of aeroengine, conversion of dimensions from high temperature to low temperature for turbine components is an important content of tip clearance design. In this paper, design optimization is introduced to solve the problem of converting dimension. Using this method, a blade is analyzed; the result is reasonable with comparison to simple method,and design optimization is feasible. Finally, it successfully completes the dimension conversion of turbine components at hot and cold conditions.
