摘    要:盐边山川形胜,吃也有些特色。走在四川省攀枝花市的大街小巷,随处可见打着盐边风味招牌的餐馆。有消费者才有市场。僻野小县的餐馆能在市区站稳脚跟,并形成气候,其间自然有些讲究。若论盐边风味,自然首推烧烤。这倒不是因为盐边有个烧烤节的缘故。吃曲边烧烤有文、野之分。文吃就是现在的烧烤城或餐馆里的吃法。老板将肉弄熟,送到客人桌上。客人则就着桌上烧烤炉的文火烤肉,蘸着干碟,喝着油茶或啤酒,聊着天南海北、家长里短。野吃就更有情趣了。盐边河川多,在河坝上选一沙滩或石滩,烧一堆木柴。待明火变成炭火,便可将拌好佐料的肉放在火上。一边用火筷子翻动,一边聊天。

Foods in Yanbian
Abstract:Yanbian is a mountainous place where there are many characteristic foods. Walking on streets of Panzhihua, Sichuan, you can easily find a restaurant that boasts of its Yanbian flavor everywhere. A market only comes into being at the place where there is a consumer. Ifa restaurant coming from a faraway small county can start a business in the downtown of Panzhihua and attract lots of customers, then its foods are surely tasty with unique flavors.
