JIN SHA--Another Splendor Rising at 30 Degrees North Latitude

30 degrees north latitude,a magic line of our blue planet,strings the most conspicuous civilizations of the ancient humans,such as the ancient Babylon,the ancient Egypt,the ancient India and moreover,the Chinese civilization in the Yellow River valley and the Yangtze River valley. For so many years, it seems that the Chengdu Plains that exists alone isolatedly has not had the luck to associate with such splendor. An archaeological discovery in 1980s finally broke the silence over this stretch of land. As the cultural artifacts with blazons of rich hues were unearthed one by one, the legendary ancient Shu Kingdom lifted its mysterious veil at Sanxingdui in Guanghan. In 2001, the Jinsha Ruins in northwest Chengdu marked its debut, which greatly astonished the world. With the Sanxingdui ruins and the Jinsha ruins, the two brilliant stars, the resplendent ancient Shu civilization, taking its irrefutable evidence, perks up its head and shows its face on the stage of human civilization.
