| 摘 要： | 本文利用模型技术的速度快，频带宽等特点，设计了一高速并行Ａ／Ｄ转换器，对所设计的４位Ａ／Ｄ转换器电路仿真表明，该电路能定完成采样频率为５００ＭＨｚ的Ａ／Ｄ转换。
