| 摘 要： | 通过2008年冰灾对江西省输电线路造成的严重打击以及对江西省电网布局、输电线路设计标准、覆冰厚度大导致倒塔(杆)原因的掌握,在现有的观测和预报水平下,参照<气象灾害预警信号及防御指南>对江西省输电线路覆冰预警进行了探讨.

| Abstract: | According to the serious damage of the power transmission lines of Jiangxi province caused by ice disaster in 2008 and the power network distribution of Jiangxi,the design standards of power transmission lines and the causes for fall of power towers,this paper,based on the available observation and forecasting level and by reference to the Pre-warning Signal of Meteorological Disaster and the Guide to Prevention,explores the pre-warning of ice-covered power transmission lines in Jiangxi. |
