| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了一种新型点焊控制器,详细分析了控制器的硬、软件结构。该控制器利用CAN总线实现了控制器与上位机之间的信息交换,具有控制精度高、工作稳定可靠、通信速度快等特点,可应用于焊接车间的网络化生产。

| Abstract: | In this paper a new spot welding controller is introduced,and the hardware and software structure of the controller is analyzed concretely.The information exchanging between the controller and PC can be realized by using CAN bus,the controller has the characteristic of high controlling precision,good reliability and high communicating speed,and can be applied to network production of welding workshops. |
