| 摘 要： | 文章利用固定化微生物技术对甲醇废水进行降解处理研究。首先,分别以聚乙烯醇(PVA)和海藻酸钠为包埋材料,包埋驯化后的活性污泥,制成固定化小球颗粒,对甲醇废水进行处理,比较了这两种包埋材料的优缺点。其次,改进固定化小球的性能,选用聚乙烯醇和海藻酸钠复配作为包埋载体,确定此固定化微生物小球的最佳制备条件为:PVA 10%,海藻酸钠0.2%,污泥与包埋材料质量比为1∶1,交联时间为24h。最后,以制备好的固定化微生物小球处理甲醇废水,得出最佳反应条件为pH 7.0,HRT 6h。
