| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了基于ＤＣＴ顺序模型ＪＰＥＧ（Ｊｏｉｎｔ Ｐｈｏｔｏｇｒａｐｈｉｃ Ｅｘｐｅｒｔｓ Ｇｒｏｕｐ）图象编码和解码的过程，并对量化，ＤＣＴ变换、Ｈｕｆｆｍａｎ编码的算法进行了深入的研究。
