铸造SiCp/ZL101复合材料的组织与性能

摘    要:本文利用半固态搅拌铸造法制备了SiCp/ZL101复合材料,对其组织和某些性能进行了研究,结果表明:SiCp在基体中分布均匀,无严重团聚现象,与基体结合良好,与基体合金相比,耐磨性,硬度有显著提高。

Abstract:his paper deals with the microstrucure and some properties of cast SiCp/ZL101 Composite fabricated by improved melt stirring method.It is indicated that,silicon-Carbide Particulates (SiCp)are well Combined with the .matrix metal and well distributed and no clustering on the matrix.Compared with the matrix metal,the wear resistance and the hardness of Composite are increased notably.
