摘    要:某型航空发动机喷口收放作动筒是裂纹故障多发部位。对作动筒典型失效件进行了断口分析。发现裂纹故障是由于孔边部位表面容易发生应力腐蚀开裂。进一步对显微组织和断面能谱进行分析,发现作动筒材质合乎要求,腐蚀主要是由于使用环境因素造成的。研究结果对于该作动筒的故障分析及预防具有重要的意义。

Abstract:The actuating cylinders of an aero engine are often broken down.The fractography of a representative actuating cylinders is observed and analyzed.Results show that the failure is due to stress corrosion.Then the microstructures and energy spectrometer are investigated,which demonstrates the material of actuating cylinder is up to the relevant parameters and the corrosion is mainly caused by the medium in working environment.These results are very significant for failure analysis and prevention of compressor...
