| 摘 要： | 诚实信用原则是诚实信用这一道德准则在法律上的反映，它所涵盖的内容除了“真诚善意、守信不欺”的核心内涵之外，还应当包括“公平合理”的价值理念，具有道德和法律双重调节功能；它的价值取向在于实现当事人之间以及当事人与社会之间的双重利益平衡。

| Abstract: | The Principle of Cordiality and Credit reflects the moral guideline of cordiality and credit in law, which crowns not only the core contents, viz, goodwill and faithfulness, but also impartiality and reason. That is, it holds double regulation functions of moral and law. Its value tropism is to implement the balance of duple benefit among parties and parties and also the society. |
