基于模糊层次分析的航空公司安全评估

摘    要:从管理、运行、维护和机队四个方面,建立了层次结构模型。然后运用三角模糊数来表征专家判断信息,构造三角模糊数互补判断矩阵,最后通过FOWA算子对各个层次的影响因素进行排序,得到其重要性的排序。结果表明该方法能有效地对影响航空公司安全的因素进行评估。

Abstract:A structural hierarchy model was established through four aspects like management,operation,maitenance and fleet.A triangular fuzzy complementary judgment matrix was constructed with the experts judgment information expressed by triangular fuzzy numbers,then a fuzzy ordered weighted averaging(FOWA) was used to rank the factors,the general importance of each factor was obtained.The result showed that this method is rational in airline company safety system risk evaluation.
