基于ISA总线的脉宽测量电路的设计与实现

摘    要:介绍基于ISA总线脉宽测量板卡的设计与实现,电路设计运用信号波形变换电路将阶梯波变换为单脉冲,并通过基于FPGA设计实现对上述变换后的单脉宽的时间测量,测试表明设计方法合理有效.

Abstract:This paper mainly introduces the design and implementation of pulse measuring circuit based on ISA bus.In circuit design,signal conversion circuit is used to transform step wave to a single pulse,and also based on FPGA,the time measurement of the aboved transformated single pulse is realized.The test shows the design method is rational and effective.
