论高职院校“双师型”教师应具备的素质和能力

自20世纪90年代以来，我国高等职业教育蓬勃发展，决定高等职业教育未来走向与命运的根本在于职业教育的培养质量，而建设一支高素质的“双师型”教师队伍是提高高职教育教学质量的重要保证。从职业道德素质、专业素质、组织管理能力、协调交往能力和创新能力等五个方面对高职“双师型”教师应具备的素质和能力进行探讨是非常有必要的。

On Quality and Ability Attained by a Teacher in a Higher Vocational College

Since the 1990＇s, China＇s higher vocational education has been booming. The key to deciding the future orientation and destiny of higher vocational education lies in fostering quality of vocational education, and at the same time, and to build a high - quality teachers troop with double qualifications is an important guarantee to enhance educational quality in higher vocational colleges. It is essential to discuss the quality and ability, which should be attained by a teacher in a higher vocational college, from five aspects, namely, occupation morals quality, professional quality, organization and management ability, coordinative and communicative ability and innovative ability.
