| 摘 要： | 大学生就业难,主要“难”在就业市场不完善,大学专业设置、培养模式非市场化,大学生就业观落后等。解决大学生就业难的问题,应从三方面入手:社会要完善就业市场、大学要适应就业市场、学生要走进就业市场。

| Abstract: | The difficulty of college students' finding job lies in that the employment market imperfect,specialized courses and fostering mode unsuitable for the market,the views of some college students in employment out-ofdate and so on.The employment problem of college students should be resolved through three aspects: The society should perfect the employment market system,the colleges should adapt themselves to the society,The most of all is that the college students should throw themselves into the employment market. |
