高职院校顶岗实习“三维五位一体”管理体系研究

顶岗实习是高职院校人才培训方案中的必备环节，对于强化学生职业技能，提高就业率具有十分重要的意义。文章主要从实习生管理体系架构方面进行论述，以“学校、企业、家长”作为实习生管理的“三维’’主体。通过”五位”管理模式体系架构，来达到规范化管理的效果。

Research on the “Three-dimensional and Five-in-one” Internship Management System in Higher Vocational Colleges

Internship in higher vocational colleges is a necessary link in personnel training scheme, which is vital to strengthen students＂ vocational skills and increase the employment rate. This paper mainly illustrates the ＂three -dimensional and five -in -one＂ intern management system architecture, in which ＂school, enterprise and parents＂ are three- dimensional subjects and ＂five- in- one＂ man- agement model is put into practice. By structuring the system this paper is going to find a way to stand- ardize intern management and achieve good results.
