摘    要:根据自然界中相互熟悉程度较高的是一类的特点,提出举手表决法。举手表决法需要的参数较少,且分类之前不需要定义类的个数。通过使用举手表决法进行基因分类时,得到较好的结果,从而反过来证明举手表决法在分类方面具有可行性。

Abstract:Microarray technologies have made it now possible to monitor the expression pattern for tens of thousands of genes in parallel. However, as a consequence of the limitation of biotechnology development and algorithms based on clustering, the results are unsatisfying for the validity, which is verified by databases of known gene category or test-validity algorithms, during gene classification. This paper poses a new algorithm, called "handling up to decide", absorbing an idea that two objects belong to common category, between which exists higher similarity. The HUTD algorithm needs fewer parameter, and don't predefine the number of category. We finally get a better result by adopting it. Conversely, the better results support the feasibility of HUTD in the aspect of classification.
