步进电机驱动控制设计与实现

摘    要:针对步进电机“丢步”和“颤动”的问题,重新修缮软硬件设计。基于单片机AT89C51,采用步进电机专用控制驱动器L297、L298,构建Proteus仿真电路。经过对模型多次测试可知,高速运行时仍存在转矩稳定性稍差的现象。对此采用磁能和虚位移法进行简化的理论分析,并提出进一步改进的方向。

Abstract:In view of the stepper motor step "lost" and " vibration" problem, software and hard-ware design is repair anew. Based on single chip microcomputer AT89C51, by adopting the special control stepper motor drives L297 and L298, the Proteus simulation circuit is built. After many times ofmodel test, in the high - speed operation there is a phenomenon of is a bit of poor torque stability. So,by using magnetic energy and virtual displacement method for the simplified theoretical analysis, the pa-per puts forward the direction of further improvement.
