摘    要:高等职业院校是我国深入实施十二五科教兴国战略和人才强国战略的重要平台和基地,随着高等职业院校规模的扩大.高技能人才培养所需要的高素质师资队伍的建设变得更加重要。从人性假设理论人手,分析了高等职业院校培养双师型师资队伍存在的不足之处,指出了双师型教师的培养和队伍建设必须充分考虑到教师这个主题的特殊性,需要在生理需求至自我实现需求的各个层次上做出合理的决策,有效激励教师,达到双师型教师培养和学校发展统一的目标。

Abstract:The higher vocational colleges are the important platform base for China in implementingthe 12th Plan for the strategy of prospering the nation with science and education and rejuvenating thetalent. With the expansion of the higher vocational colleges, the construction of high quality teacherswho are required for the skilled personal training becomes more and more important. The paper, basedon the human nature hypothesis, analyzes the deficiencies of the double quality teachers in higher vocational colleges, pointing out the particularity of the double teachers. It also proposes that reasonable decision be made in the muhilevel and teachers effectively stimulated so that the goals of teacher trainingand school development may be achieved.
