| 摘 要： | 客车车身焊接变形在客车车身焊接过程中普遍存在，且对其产品质量的影响深远，故为客车行业研究非常重视。本文通过对客车车身焊接变形形式及其产生原因的深入分析，提出从设计、工艺、工装等三个方面所应采取的控制措施，对客车车身在焊接过程中产生的变形控制具有重要的指导意义和实用价值。

| Abstract: | During welding bus body, there is always welding deformation, and because of its far- reaching influence on product quality, to which importance is attached in bus industry research. This paper, after analyzing the welding deformation types and their causes puts forward solutions from three aspects such as design, technology and installation, which will provide directive significance and practical value in deformation control. |
