| 摘 要： | 体育教学是教师与学生、教与学的双边活动过程。在此过程中，不仅要强健体魄，增进学生身体素质，同时也应以积极有效的措施发展学生的智能，加强学生的情感体验，增强学生的自我意识和心理素质，并开展心理健康教育与心理咨询，促进学生心理健康发展。
