| 摘 要： | 本文论述了知识产权法对图书馆文献信息服务活动的影响,它对文献信息服务既有积极有益的推动作用,同时也对文献信息服务活动有着某种程度的制约。同时提出了协调知识产权法和文献信息服务的解决办法。

| Abstract: | This article disscusses how intellectual property law affects activities of the documentary information service of the library. Intellectual property Law plays a postitive promoting role in the documentary information service and, meanwhile, has some sort of restriction to it. Also, the paper raises a solution to coordinate the intellectual property kw and documentary information service. |
