| 摘 要： | 随着市场竞争的日益加剧,时间成为企业竞争资源的重要组成部分,快速响应越来越受到企业的重视,而准时交货是缩短供应链整体响应周期,实现供应链敏捷运作的重要途径。交货期是企业竞争的核心所在。准时交货能力取决于供应商的生产与运输条件。本文对影响准时交货因素进行了分析,把可控因素控制好;对不可控因素,尽量做到充分预测,以达到控制的目的。

| Abstract: | With the increasing market competition,time becomes an important part for the enterprise to compete for resources,rapid response increasingly arouses corporate＇s attention,and on-time delivery is an important way to shorten the overall response of the supply chain cycle and achieve agile operations of supply chain.Delivery time is the core for an enterprise＇s competition.The abiltiy of on-time delivery depends on suppliers＇ production and transportation conditions.The paper makes a full analysis of factors influencing the on-timedelivery,and also proposes that the controllable factors be controlled well and uncontrollable factors be predicted as fully as possible in order to achieve control. |
