| 摘 要： | 现代学徒制是"师带徒"与现代职业教育体系深度融合的一种新型校企合作育人模式,是当前职教改革发展的一个热点方向。针对我国职业院校面临的传统技能人才培养困境,从制度设计、任职资格、师资队伍等维度系统地提出了"两能三元四步"现代学徒制人才培养新模式,为企业技能人才培养途径和职业院校教学质量的提高提供了新的参考。
