| 摘 要： | 我国职业学校学生的学习动机显现出极不平衡的特点,其外部动机明显而内部动机缺乏。为此,我们应通过加强职业教育的教育功能,提高学生的学习兴趣和自信心,营造良好的外部环境等途径来激发学生学习的内部动机。

| Abstract: | The study motivation of students in vocational school is unbalanced,which represents that the external motivation is obvious while the internal one is deficient.To arouse the internal motivation of students,emphasis should be put on the education function of vocational education,students' interests and self-confidence promoted and the circumstances of study improved. |
