航空发动机离心叶轮的多学科设计优化

摘    要:对一种用于离心叶轮多学科设计优化的方法进行研究,学科涉及气动、结构、强度。建立离心叶轮多学科设计优化数学模型,开发多学科设计优化软件。采用此法对某航空发动机离心叶轮进行多学科设计优化,有效降低了叶片和轮盘的最高应力,减轻了重量。

Abstract:A procedure of multidisciplinary design optimization(MDO) was investigated for impellers.Disciplinaries,such as aerodynamics,structure design and solid mechanics were involved in the investigation.The mathematical model of impeller MDO was established,and software for MDO was developed.The proposed procedure was applied to the design of an impeller of an aeroengine,the stresses were reduced and the weight was lightened,which indicate that the procedure presented is efficient.
