基于ABAQUS的某型发动机涡轮叶片静强度及振动特性分析

摘    要:应用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对某型发动机涡轮叶片的静强度和振动特性进行分析,得到了涡轮叶片的应力和位移分布云图,验证了涡轮叶片静强度的可靠性,得出涡轮叶片的各阶固有频率及振型,并绘制坎贝尔共振曲线图,计算涡轮叶片在发动机各工况下的共振裕度,对其发生共振的可能性进行了分析。根据静强度和振动特性的仿真结果,对涡轮叶片的维护修理和发动机试车等方面提出了相应建议。

Abstract:ABAQUS finite element analysis software is used to analyze the static strength and vibration characteristics of engine turbine blade.The stress and displacement distribution nephogram of the turbine blade is obtained.The reliability of the static strength of the turbine blade is verified.The natural frequencies and vibration modes of the turbine blades are obtained,the Campbell resonance curve is drawn,the resonance margin of the turbine blades under various operating conditions is calculated,and the possibility of the resonance is analyzed.Based on the simulation results of static strength and vibration characteristics,some suggestions on turbine blade maintenance and engine test are put forward.
