| 摘 要： | 针对湖南省高职院校的竞技健美操运动发展的过程和当前的现状,分析影响高职院校开展竞技健美操运动的诸多因素。领导不重视和经费来源单一、教练员指导训练水平和敬业精神、运动员队伍建设和缺乏吃苦耐劳精神、比赛活动少和鼓励激制不健全等成为影响湖南省高职院校竞技健美操运动开展的主要因素。

| Abstract: | Aimed at the development course and the current condition of contest aerobics in the higher vocational colleges,the paper analyzes many factors which affect contest aerobics carried out in Hunan's vocational colleges,e.g.the leader's less attention,the single cost source,the coach training short of hard spirits and encouraging mechanism not sound. |
