| 摘 要： | 选取中国物流行业中的57家上市公司，就物流行业企业电子商务采纳水平进行实证研究。通过探索性因子分析，将企业电子商务采纳水平划分为电子交易、信息与服务、安全与隐私和交流与互动四个层次。研究发现，中国物流行业上市公司电子商务采纳水平整体较低，企业间电子商务发展水平存在显著性差异。
