| 摘 要： | 从自立意识的层面探讨高职学生生涯规划与辅导模式，通过采用问卷法对广州民航职业技术学院500名在校学生进行心理自立与职业成熟度的相关性调查，通过分析结果发现：心理自立与职业成熟度呈显著相关．进而研究提出构建学校、社会、家长一体化的高职学生自主意识取向的生涯规划与辅导模式的构想。

Statistical analysis showed that： there was significant interrelationship between Mental Self- supporting and Career Maturity, and ac- cordingly, the paper constructs the pattern of career planning and guidance with the integrity of colle- ges, society and family. |
