摘    要:利用TIG焊接材料厚度为1.2mm钛合金薄板,正反面用Ar气进行保护,要求单面焊双面成形,焊接时取几组不同的焊接工艺参数进行焊接试验,对焊接试件进行横向切割磨制成金相,利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察不同试样熔合区的显微组织,并且对它的成分进行分析,通过比较它们的显微组织特征,以便合理评价出最优的焊接工艺参数来焊接1.2mm的钛合金薄板。

Abstract:This paper makes use of TIG welding material, namely, titanium alloy sheet with the thickness of 1.2mm, protects the positive and negative sides with inert gas, and requires single face welding and double face shaping. When welding, it adopts several groups of different welding parame- ters for welding test, conducts transverse cutting and grinding into metallographic phase specimen, and observes the mierostruetures of the fusion zone of different samples by SEM. After that, the author ana- lyzes its compositions, and then by comparing their microstructure characteristics, rationally evaluates the optimal welding parameters to weld 1.2mm Titanium alloy sheet.
