摘    要:为满足新形势下酒店的人才需要,酒店业对既具备一定的专业知识、又具有较强实践操作能力的高职学生逐渐青睐.前往酒店就业的高职毕业生也逐年增加。与高就业率相背离的是,学生在酒店就业的满意度较低、就业流失率高,究其原因,除了酒店管理模式和学生自身原因之外,高职现有培养模式的不足对学生的职业选择也存在重要影响。

Abstract:In order to meet hotel talent requirements in the new situation, hotel industry gradually favors those vocational students who both have certain professional knowledge and strong practical abili- ty. The number of graduates that work in hotel has increased year by year. But the questions appear at the same time. The satisfaction of students in the hotel is lower and the dropout rate of the employment keeps a higher level. In addition to factors of hotel management and the students'own, mode of training on students" occupation choices also has major effect.
