论薪酬管理中的公平与效率

摘    要:为了在薪酬管理中能更好地协调公平与效率的关系,调动员工的积极性,建议通过组织文化建设和宣传,使员工形成有利于组织良性发展的薪酬公平观念,同时构建灵活的薪酬结构,使薪酬与福利制度满足不同员工的个性需求,从而提高员工对薪酬公平的整体感觉,实现组织效率的不断提高。
