| Abstract: | On the basis of some pressure managemrnt theories,together with various evaluations and investigations results,working characteristics of aero products inspectors were analysed,trying to identify the sources of of aero products inspectors' pressure and tentatively proposed the ways of easing the psycholoyical pressure. |
