滚动轴承故障诊断的频谱分析技巧

摘    要:本文主要介绍旋转机械中滚动轴承故障诊断的实用技巧,采用振动分析方法,通过监测滚动轴承的振动状态,采集振动信号波形进行频谱分析,从而合理安排关键设备的预防维修计划,避免因突发性设备故障所造成的经济损失,确保生产的顺利进行。

Abstract:The article discusses practical skills of failure analysis that arises in roller bearing of rotating machinery. By using vibration analysis, monitoring vibration state of roller bearing, and collecting signal of waveform, frequency analysis can be realized. Thus, preventive repair project of key installation shall be so properly arranged as to avoid economic losses because of sudden equipment failure and thereby to assure that the production will go on wheels.
