| 摘 要： | 依托独立第三方进行海军导弹研制过程中的可靠性试验与评估，是一种有效手段。通过分析国内外武器装备第三方复核与评估的发展现状，阐述了第三方专业机构承担可靠性试验的优点，以及在海军导弹研制中进一步推行的可行性。
