飞行器设备缓冲支架设计研究

摘    要:火箭在点火、发射、分离等时刻会受到冲击激励,影响箭上设备的正常工作,甚至造成设备损坏。因此,针对箭上设备进行相应的缓冲设计研究十分必要。提出了较为新颖和高效的设计思路,采用产品设计与缓冲试验仿真预示迭代进行,最终运用试验验证的设计流程,大大缩减了设计周期和设计经费;同时,首次提出采用半正弦冲击等效冲击响应谱进行冲击仿真的试验预示技术,并通过试验验证了该仿真技术的有效性。形成的设计思路和设计流程对产品设计具有较高的经济效益和社会价值。

Implementation of buffer design for equipments on aircraft

Abstract:The missiles may suffer from impulsion excitation at the moment of ignition, launch under water, separation between stages, shutting down the engines, casting the cabin, etc., which results in the equipments work abnormality, even results in the equipments damage. Therefore carrying on buffer design for equipments is very necessary. In this paper, we put forward a new design approach which is more novel and efficient, use design process what including alternate progress product design and buffer effect simulate, and examination with experiment at last. This cut short the design period and design budget consumedly. Simultaneity, this text put forward a technique of experiment foreshow for the first time, which using half-sin impact instead of impact response spectrum. At one time, validate the usefulness of this technique. The mentality and process of designing formation by this text have the higher economic benefit and social value to the product design.
