| Abstract: | In this paper, the limitations of reliability bound theories are systematically analyzed, and some improved means on Ditlevsen's bi-modal narrow reliability bound theory are suggested. From the standpoint of using complex networks and establishing reliability optimization algorithm of structural sys-tems, the necessarity and feasibility of establishing and using of the exact evaluating theory of system reli-ability is explained. |
