平头压痕试验确定蠕变参数的一种新方法

摘    要:利用压痕蠕变试验获取材料蠕变特性已得到了广泛的研究。然而大多数通过压痕法获得材料蠕变参数的方法都是数值方法,处理起来很不方便。本文通过研究压头尺寸对稳态压痕速率的影响规律,提出了由平头压痕试验确定稳态蠕变参数的一种新方法,并将其公式化。经验证该方法是可行的,而且可以有效地控制误差。
