摘    要:基于遗传算法,提出了一种带刚度要求的纤维增强复合材料层合板设计方法。以层合板的各层铺设角和厚度为设计变量、刚度为设计目标、制造工艺性为设计约束,将纤维增强复合材料层合板的刚度设计问题处理成一种离散的叠层顺序优化问题,采用遗传算法求出满足给定刚度要求的层合板设计。最后,通过算例验证了设计方法的有效性。

Abstract:A procedure for designing fiber-reinforced composite laminates with required stiffness properties is developed based on genetic algorithm. The design of fiber-reinforced composite laminates with required stiffness properties represented by thickness and lamination parameters is modeled as a discrete constrained optimization problem. The thickness and fiber angle of each layer of laminates are considered as the design variables, manufacture processes as constraints and the stiffness of laminates as the design object. The optimization is solved by genetic algorithm. Two calculated examples are given, in which the optimum design data are provided for both quasi-isotropic laminate and bending laminate to assess the validity of this design method. The design results indicate that the presented method in this paper is considerably effective, efficient and robust.
