新型碳纤维格栅夹层结构模拟研究

摘    要:新型飞行器机体构件的设计要求在所允许的有限重量下实现结构超轻型化。格栅夹层结构是当前国际上最有前景的新一代材料结构之一,已开始应用于航天结构。为分析三角形点阵格栅结构的受力性能,本文通过解析分析,用连续体模型模拟平板状格栅结构,得到各种不同尺寸下格栅结构的解析通解。经与ABAQUS有限元软件模拟试验对比,这种方法可将误差控制在较小范围内。与在相同重量条件下传统的蜂窝夹层结构相比较,进行三点弯曲模拟试验,三角形格栅结构具有更高的抗弯性能。

Abstract:New type of aircraft requests ultra light weight structures in the allowed weight range.Grid sandwich structure is one of the new material structures having the best foreground in the world,which have been using in aerospace.Through analytic method,the equivalent continuum model is used to simulate the grid panel structure.By this method,analytic solution of grid structures in different size can be easily got.Comparing with the results got by ABAQUS finite element code,the error of the equivalent method is acceptable.Comparing with traditional honeycomb sandwich structures in the same weight,the triangular grid structures have higher bending capability.
