| 摘 要： | 本文介绍如何在试验设计中分析函数曲线的方法。文中将发动机叶片铸件的降温冷却过程中温度的变化看作一个关于‘时间-温度’的三阶段区间函数,针对该函数进行试验设计,给出如何选取与函数相关的因素及其水平、如何选取试验观测量和响应值的方法,并论证该方法的合理性。根据实际情况提出试验方案,并选择正交试验表和设计表头。

| Abstract: | The purpose of this study is find a way to analyze one continuous interval function in experiments plan-ning.Method of choosing factors and levels were analyzed.Factors' effect and experimental response were dis-cussed.Orthogonal array was chosen for an example,variance calculate was given and results were provided. |
