摘    要:基于贮箱金属膜片特性的研究现状,结合内环向加筋金属膜片的地面排放试验,利用弹塑性大变形有限元分析方法对膜片的变形过程进行了数值模拟。通过与试验对比表明,数值模拟能比较准确的反应膜片变形的过程,并进一步深入分析了膜片的变形规律及变形机理,发现加筋结构处翻转时产生的失稳是膜片失效的主要原因,为改进膜片的设计提供了参考和依据。

Abstract:The ring-stiffened metal diaphragm model is established to simulate with finite element analysis method in the large displacement for the elastic-plastic theory, which is based on the current research on the metal diaphragm for positive expulsion tanks and the experiment of the diaphragm on the ground. It shows that the numerical simulation can match the experiment result very well by comparison. And moreover the rules of the diaphragm deformation and the failure mechanism on the diaphragm rolling process are extensively analyzed. It concludes that the unsteady state on the position of ring-stiffened rolling is the main reason for the failure of the diaphragm, which also provides the reference for the improving design of metal diaphragm.
