摘    要:本文以疲劳强度的经典理论为基础,对传统的疲劳极限计算公式进行一系列深化研究,推导及归纳出一组较为简便的机械材料疲劳极限通用计算公式,该组公式以简单的解析形式清晰地描述了机械材料疲劳极限随循环特征参数r及应力循环作用次数N变化而改变的特定规律,根据所提供材料的机械性质,工程技术人员很易利用本文导出的公式及推荐的表格直接确定机械材料在任意循环特征稳定交变应力条件下承受任意次应力循环作用的疲劳极限。

Abstract:After a series of deeper research on the traditional formulas of calculating the fatigue limit,the author of this article derives a group of slmpler general formulas for calculating the fatigue limit of the mechanical material on the basis of the classical theory about the fatigue strength. The group of the formulas derived has the slmpler analytic form and describes clearly the particular law that the fatigue limit of the mechanical material varies with the cycle characteristic parameter and r the stress cycle number N.Engineers and technicians can directly and easily determine the fatlgue limit of the mechanical material under the stable alternative stress with an arbitrary eycle characterlstic by means of the formulas derived and table recommended.
